We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/SMS from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours. However, items that are sourced from external locations are subject to availability with the supplier.

In Pakistan

We offer free shipping on all orders countrywide. The projected delivery time for all domestic orders are 1-5 business days, depending on the size and weight of the product. Usually items heavier than 5KG’s Home Appliances, Televisions, Large Printers, Home Theater, Desktop computers, Projector Screens, Kitchen Appliances, Generators and more take more days. Some items are not available for COD, we take 50% advance to confirm orders for COD.

International Orders

International shoppers have the option to view prices in US Dollars. All international Orders are shipped via DHL, OCS and FedEx with a projected delivery time of 8-15 business days and standard shipping rates apply. Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly track your shipments with the tracking number provided or call our Customer Service desk for speedy resolution.

Shipping Invoice

WeOnn provides a detailed shipping invoice with each order you place, outlining the price, quantities and shipping charges (where applicable).

Imported Items

Items like Watches, Sunglasses, gadgets and few other categories are imported from USA hence it takes 2-3 weeks to reach, we take 100% advance for those items. Delivery timings are written in the specs for each item.

Note: Please open and check the product in front of courier staff. WeOnn will not take any responsibility if the package is empty or damaged afterwards.


  1. What Is Your Returns Policy?

    If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased from us, we promise to refund you once you return it to us in a sale-able condition within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.

    Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.

    When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

    Electronics Items: does not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is successfully delivered. The beneficiary is required to verify the condition of the product(s) at the time of delivery. However, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

    — Non-delivery of the product: if the product is not delivered because of some unforeseen issue with our delivery system. In such cases we recommend the user to contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department via email within 7 days after the placement of the order.

    — Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

    Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party products other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.

  2. How Do I Return An Item?

    Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

    1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
    2. Cover your address label with the address label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
    3. How to process:
      1. Return Process: Call Our Customer Service and request a return.
      2. Our Customer Service will guide you about return procedure as per your convenient.
      3. Courier staff will immediately provide you with a tracking code for your item. Once you have the tracking code, inform Customer Services.
  3. How Much Does It Cost To Return An Item?

    USA Canada UK Australia UAE Saudia Arabia Rest of the world. Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.

  4. How Do I Return A Faulty Item?

    1. If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.
    2. Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in section 2 ‘ How do I return an item? ’ We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
  5. How Long Will My Refund Take To Be Processed?

    If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 30 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note: this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty. Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

    In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

    We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

  6. Can I Exchange An Item?

    We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase. You have to inform us if cannot bring back right away. Email at [email protected] along with your invoice number and small description.

    If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.

  7. What Are My Cancellation Rights?

    In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your contract with us at any time within 7 working days beginning on the day after you receive the product(s) which are subject to the contract (“cooling-off period”).

    To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing within the 7 days.

    You must then return the products as outlined in accordance with ‘How do I return an item?’ Notification of return of your products via the online procedure will not constitute notification of cancellation of your order for the purposes of your statutory rights to cancel the contract.Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you must return all the products that were covered by the order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.

    References in this Returns Policy to: “we” and “us” are to Limited; “Products” are to products listed on our website (“Website“); and “Contract” are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address and each Contract shall cover all the Products being delivered to that address.
